Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL

We are pleased to offer standard shipping on orders all over Cairo. Shipping and Delivery will usually fall between 3-5 business days.  

We do our best to ship all over Egypt. Please note shipping rates may vary from one zone to another.

For all local orders, we offer credit card on delivery upon request. Be sure to inform the courier when arranging your delivery as well.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to Egypt and GCC only. We are doing our absolute best to offer international shipping at the soonest. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do, however, do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country. 

Please note no refunds/exchange on all international orders.

All international orders are to be fully prepaid prior to shipping at checkout.
